SHIPPING POLICY

Packaging cost is included in the product cost, and shipping cost will be estimated proceeding checkout.

Once the order is placed, allow for one-to-five business days for the product to be hand crafted, as each order is custom made after purchase. When the product is initially shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with estimated delivery schedule. At the time of purchase, you will be able to see a shipping time estimate, based on the address shown below, which will be the estimate once we send the confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy

For the time being, we are not offering any returns or exchanges, due to the random nature of the product. If the product arrives damaged, then we will handle any issues on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to email us.

Aside from special circumstances, all sales are final, as any customer has designed the product themselves, and accepted that there will be a random charm inside. For issues concerning a special or custom order, contact us at the email below.
